We are starting a search for a new logo. Lets see what everyone can come up with.

The closing date for this is on the 1 December 2009.

Get designing and get your logos in.

Logo details:

1. Must be a clean logo (no swearing, derogatory remarks [against xbox etc])
2. Must have "PS3 Oman" written on it
3. Keep the size 250 X 100 pixels

If you need to connect your PS3 via 3G, it is possible. You need to set up internet connection sharing and use the same DNS as your 3G modem.

On Oman Mobile DNS is 212.72.1.186, and 212.72.23.4

Omantel also has DNS server which I have not tested through E220 modem and that dns is 212.72.23.30 and 212.72.23.31

If you need to setup through Linux please contact me and we can have a walkthrough made up. Both XP and Ubuntu work well with downloads.

The problem comes when you need to connect to PSN to play online. Recently connecting is no problem, but the lag is too high.

Just checked out the prices of games at carrefour and emax. Check out the images uploaded for good deals. Emax has the Dirt2 bundle for about the same price as carrefour. But carrefour has both Dirt2 and Fifa10 bundle. New games are not out at
emax as yet, that as of the weekend that just passed.
